I have my reasons for that, and no, you don’t need to know what those reasons are. If these terms are acceptable to you, and you wish to add me, fine. Leave a comment to that effect at my one and only public post. You are more than welcome to interact with me through this journal, or via e-mail at the address listed on this page. For some time now, I’ve let a few people push me around on my Journal, and I’ve decided that it’s going to stop NOW, and I’m letting out the PISSED OFF 800 pound gorilla in me, by establishing just what the rules are here. This is MY Journal, and these are the rules. You WILL abide by them, or you WILL BE GONE. No “ands”, “ifs”, or “buts” – YOU WILL BE GONE, PERMANENTLY, and there will be NO reconsideration on my part over what happens to YOU. If you don’t like my rules, or my attitude – XHIN LOI! Feel free to un-friend me at any time. As a matter of fact, why not do it now, and save us both a buttload of grief. Now, here are the rules. These rules are irrevocable, except at my pleasure. 1. This is MY journal and you had better NOT forget that. 2. I will make the occasional post in MY journal, and if I should so desire, I will allow comments. 3. IF you decide that you are going to make a comment to my post, 99.9% of the time I will reply to EACH AND EVERY COMMENT, either with verbiage, or some type of icon denoting whatever emotion I am feeling at that moment. 4. If you DO NOT want me to reply to your comment, THEN DON’T COMMENT! Write YOUR OWN POST so that you may express yourself. If you DO write your own post, and you link to me, MAKE SURE YOU QUOTE ME EXACTLY! DO NOT PARAPHRASE ME. I don’t like it, and I WILL find out. 5. If you feel that I have made a statement in error, and wish to “correct” me, you have ONE, and ONLY one shot at it, and you better bring the big guns, because you can be sure that I’ll be bringing mine. Only an idiot brings a knife to a gunfight. 6. You WILL be nice to others who leave comments to my posts. If you comment in a manner that I deem is inappropriate, your comment WILL BE DELETED AND YOU WILL IMMEDIATELY BE BANNED, AND IT WILL BE PERMANENT. 7. If you leave a comment to one of my posts directed at ME that I deem to be inappropriate, I will delete the comment. If you protest the deletion, I will delete that. If you do it again, you will be permanently banned. 8. I will be perfectly happy to discuss a subject or issue with you, and I will do it as politely as I know how. I EXPECT YOU TO DO THE SAME IN RETURN. If you disagree with me, and feel so emotionally caught up in any particular subject or issue that you resort to personally attacking me, you will be permanently banned. Apologies from you will NOT be accepted, no matter how much you beg or plead. 9. From time to time, I will go through and delete some of my posts, and/or comments I have left on one, or several, of your posts. I have my reasons which I will not explain to you. Deal with it. 10. This is the last rule, but it is the most important. DFWM! If you want to know what that means, send me an e-mail at the address listed and ask me in that format, but I will warn you now – you may not like it. | |
